Who we are

TripByDNA is operated by AAD Technologies, located in Kerala, India. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean AAD Technologies. You can reach us at support@tripbydna.com.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to build and improve your trips.

• Account details: your name, email address and how you sign in (password or Google).
• Traveller DNA: the preferences and answers you give us about how you like to travel (comfort, food, walking pace, budget, and so on).
• Trips you build: origins, destinations, dates, budgets and the itineraries we generate for you.
• Memories you upload: photos, albums, AI-restyled images and video reels you choose to create.
• Usage data: pages you visit and features you use, to improve the product (via privacy-conscious analytics).

How we use it

We use your information to build and personalise your trips, generate itineraries and memories, provide support, keep your account secure, and improve TripByDNA. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

AI & third-party services

TripByDNA uses AI models (including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to generate itineraries, captions and image restyles, and cloud object storage to host your photos and videos. Your content is processed by these services only to provide the feature you asked for. Flight and hotel prices shown are AI-estimated and link out to third-party booking sites; their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our app.

Cookies & consent

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage: strictly necessary ones to keep you signed in and remember your choices, and optional analytics ones only if you accept them. You can change your mind any time using the consent notice on our site.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run TripByDNA (hosting, storage, AI, email and analytics) under appropriate safeguards, or if the law requires it. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data and your account at any time by emailing support@tripbydna.com. Deleting your account removes your DNA profile, trips and memories from our active systems.

Security & retention

We use industry-standard security to protect your data and keep it only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Children

TripByDNA is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
