These terms set out the rules for using TripByDNA. We've written them to be as clear and fair as possible.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TripByDNA, operated by AAD Technologies (Kerala, India). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TripByDNA.
TripByDNA is a travel intelligence layer that helps you plan and compare trips matched to your Traveller DNA. It is a planning and recommendation tool — we do not sell travel tickets ourselves, and we are not a travel agency or tour operator.
Itineraries, price estimates, costs and suggestions are generated by AI and are provided as good-faith estimates. They may not always be current or exact. Visa rules are provided from a maintained dataset but can change — always verify entry requirements, prices and availability with the official source or booking provider before you travel or pay.
When you click through to book flights, hotels or activities on third-party sites (such as Skyscanner, Google Flights, KAYAK or Booking.com), your contract is with that provider, not with us. We may earn an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. Their prices, availability, terms and policies apply.
Paid plans (Plus, Premium, TripPass) unlock additional features. See our Pricing page and the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, including the 14-day subscription refund window. TripPass is non-refundable once the trip has been built.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use TripByDNA.
You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading, you give us a licence to store, process and display that content solely to provide the features you use (galleries, albums, AI restyles and reels). You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload.
You agree not to misuse TripByDNA — including not to scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or use it for anything unlawful — and not to upload content that infringes others' rights.
TripByDNA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAD Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI-generated estimates. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala, India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your own country.
